Upon placing an order on nesell.com, you will receive an order confirmation message via email. We strive to process and fulfill all orders within 2 business days of payment. However, during peak periods, order processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will pay for shipping at checkout, and this will be the final price for shipping.

3. Shipping Methods

Nesell offers two standard shipping methods for both small and large shipments:

3.1 Small Shipments

Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days. For orders over $25, all-day delivery is available. For orders under $25, all-day delivery is available for $2.50.
Express Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. All-day delivery is available for $20.

3.2 Large Shipments

Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days. All-day delivery from 7am to 8pm is available for a fee starting at $30. Choose a time slot from 7am to 11am, 9am to 1pm, 11am to 3pm, or 1pm to 5pm at no additional cost.
Express Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days. All-day delivery from 7am to 8pm is available for a fee starting at $50. Choose a time slot from 7am to 11am, 9am to 1pm, 11am to 3pm, or 1pm to 5pm at no additional cost.

4. Delivery Timelines

Domestic shipments typically take 5-25 business days in transit. International shipments typically take 5-30 business days in transit, but this may vary depending on the courier’s availability in your location.

5. Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch of their order. You can track your order status and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Address Changes

Nesell can change delivery addresses within 60 minutes of order placement. Please contact customer service if you need to change your delivery address after this timeframe.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Nesell ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Nesell ships to military addresses using specific services as per availability.

8. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, Nesell will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. You will be notified if there are any delays in fulfilling your order due to out-of-stock items.

9. Delayed Deliveries

If delivery time exceeds the forecast, please contact Nesell customer service. We will investigate the delay and provide you with an update on the status of your order.

10. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier or contact Nesell customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

11. International Shipments

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
