Nesell accepts returns due to change of mind within 25 days of receipt, as long as the items meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

1.2 Warranty Claims

Nesell also honors valid warranty claims within 25 days of receipt. Customers must prepay return shipping, but will be reimbursed upon successful claim.

2. Refunds

Once Nesell receives and accepts returns, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or store credit. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and reflect in your account.

3. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Items damaged or altered by the customer
Items not in their original packaging
