I received the item that was listed exactly the way it was described. the only issue I had was the vest was 2 sizes too small. Other than the it worked as it should.

Cant really give a good account of the vest. I ordered 3 sizes larger than I wrar and still it's really small, armholes are small, neckline is small and sharp. I plugged the power bank in and every time I tried to turn on both switches it just turned off. So basically I can't use the thing.

Says they are men's vests, but the zipper indicates a women's vest. Fits differently than I'd expect from a men's vest. Works great, keeps me warm, just wrong gender and fit.
